Im upgrading my 300w PSU that came with it to a Corsair 400cx http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008
Im looking for recomendations for a better Graphic card that will work with this system and the new power supply.
My budget is around 100 for the graphic card.

I hope the Corsair PSU works in your system. I have read other posts that some have had some grounding issues with the Corsair 400CX. I have had no issues with the Coolermaster Elite 460 in my Vostro.
As for a graphics card for $100, I would look at the ATI Radeon HD-5670, or maybe an Nvidia 240GT with DDR5. If you could stretch your budget a bit, the RAdeon HD-5750 is nice. I am looking forward to getting mine back.
