Cant start Dell Xps M2010

Hello, I can't start my Dell Xps M2010. I left the computer for maximum 30 minutes. I didn't shut it down, just let it be. When I came back after eating the screen was black as it always is. I touched my mouse to get it on but nothing happend. After spamming the mouse and keyboard without success I shut it down on the startbutton.

Now when I was going to turn it on again it started, the start-button, bluetooth-button etc is blue as the should be. But the screen is still black. Now I have restarted the computer millions of times. Two times when I first restarted I could see the Dell screen loading, but then It went black again. Now it's always black. You can't open the CD, or anything else. I thought my adapter was broken, but it isnt, It works as it should¨I think. I've tried it on another laptop, and it works. So I started search on this problem and found out that ít has happend for many.

What I now understand it can be the video-card, hard-drive or something else inside the computer. Many says it can be broken, other says you should try to clean it. I don't really know what I should do. I must get access to my computer soon again. Should I try to open the computer, or let it be?

And If so, how do you open a Dell Xps M2010? Can't find a guide, and I dont really want to destroy this very expensive computer.

Thanks for reading, all help is needed! Best Regards // Ekéus

Ive had this very same problem 3 times. Today is the 3rd time. The other 2 times, a dell tech came out and repaired it. The first time he said it was a known issue with the video card. So he replaced it. everything worked......a week later.same issue. He replaced the motherboard, video card again, and probably a few other things and its been fine for a month or 2. tried to start it today....Just 2 lights. The power and blue tooth. Were you able to get yours repaired? I am very lucky to have bought the extended 5 year warranty. I am a computer hardware technician, so usually I wouldnt, but I just decided to do it anyway since I knew the parts would be a pain to obtain. I just wish I knew exactly why this keeps happening. Its maddening
