Dell V515w will not print color.
I have a Dell V515w printer (under 2 years old) that will not print color. It will print black only. I made sure cartridge was inserted correctly and used the clean printer head ap. Any suggestions? I do not use the color very much. Could that be a problem?

STCOLT,
Start, control panel, printers, your printer, printer preferences. Make sure you have checked to use all available ink.
If the setting is correct, it is possible the ink cartridge has dried up and is slowly failing. The sensor may also fail.

I have same problem with my Dell V515, wont print colored ink. And now wont start at all, need help guys.
