Problem with web cam ( Latitude 4310)

I brought Latitude 4310
I have Windows 7 x64 on him and i have a problem with web cam driver
When i downloaded web cam driver from the dell download center and extracted the file
no installation is runing . I got only some FW updater and it's says that he can't find the device.

I have another problem with the Sound Driver ( IDT High Definition) I can't plug microphone i can only plug headphones.

Can you please help me solving this two problems
