Inspiron 7500
Now here's one for all of us, I have a Dell Inspiron7500 and have hit some keys somewhere and changed the keyboard layout?? all sounds easy enough but I cannot chabnge it in the settings in any manner??? The M is an 0 all the numeric keys ari in the middle of the key board can / could anyone tell me how to restore this keyboard issue to a normal UK keyboard please???

You have enabled the Numlock Keypad.
The Inspiron 7500 comes standard with an embedded numeric keypad.

Embedded Numeric Keypad
As you work, you may want to use the embedded numeric keypad (see Figure 5) to enter numbers into a spreadsheet or financial program. The embedded numeric keypad shares some of the keys on the computer's keyboard. The embedded keypad numbers and symbols are marked on the right of the keypad keys in blue.

To activate the embedded numeric keypad, press . The Number Lock indicator lights up.
To deactivate the embedded keypad, press . The Num Lock indicator is no longer illuminated.
When the embedded keypad is activated, the key combinations in Table 1 temporarily disable specific keypad keys.

To use the embedded arrow keys, ensure that is off. Press and hold and the corresponding key displayed in Table 2.

Thanks Speedstep problem sorted could you or anyone else tell me how much possible RAM i could put in this michine and/or any other infomation to make it faster and more up to date as possible please? also could it run Windows &???

Max RAM is 2X256 PC133 LOW DENSITY soDIMMs. 512 total - no, the system will not run Windows 7.
