Bluetooth Not Working Correctly

Hi there! Okay so my Bluetooth is currently disabled and I can't get it to reconnect so that my desktop keyboard and mouse can work. Each time I re-start my computer the Bluetooth icon in the lower right-hand corner of the computer always stays red (disabled). So now I can't use my keyboard or mouse for anything. I already tried reseating the Bluetooth receiver in the USB port and pressing the button on the receiver and the mouse and the keyboard, but it still stays disabled. Can anyone please help me, I am running out of ideas. Thanks!

Swimmer7,

Right click on the Bluetoth Icon, left click open settings. Uncheck the box, turn off the bluetooth adapter, if you want the bluetooth adapter on all the time.

Thanks for answering but the only thing is that when the Bluetooth is disabled that means that I can't ills my mouse or my keyboard since they are both wireless. So I can't click or type anything

Swimmer7,

Then make sure to enable it all the time.
