ftp://ftp.dell.com/bios/ no longer getting updated?

I noticed that ftp://ftp.dell.com/bios/ doesn't have any updates since November 2 even though BIOS updates have been published since then. Is it no longer getting updated? This was a really convenient resource since it made it quick and easy to check and get updates. It looks likes updates since November 6 are now in random folders under ftp://ftp.dell.com/

Also when I do a BIOS search on support.dell.com and restricted to BIOS downloads only and sort by date, then no results are returned after November 3.

The backend system that manages drivers and downloads, is being updated.  I don't know if the old folder structure will be restored or if the search index will be corrected.

I also noticed the links for the latest OptiPlex 960 BIOS do not work. The download page for the OptiPlex 960 A13 BIOS links to http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER00117303M/1/O960A13.EXE and ftp://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00117303M/1/O960A13.EXE both of which do not work.

Thanks Warren. Is there another way for me to send this feedback to the appropriate web development team? I knew this probably wasn't the right place for this but I didn't know where else to submit this too.

I'll try to find the correct place to submit issues with the FTP site.  I know the transition is still taking place and I'm hoping that what you are seeing is just temporary.

I need the A13 BIOS update as well. One of my clients has a computer that is experiencing a HEC/iastor problem and a BIOS and driver upgrade would seem to be the logical place to start after the system passed all hardware diagnostics. However the Dell Support person was unable to help (by sending me the file). Instead he suggested that we should start by re-installing the operating system. What sort of support is that?

You can report these issues on the page where you experience them. Use the 'Feedback' button on the top right and submit the information.
