Windows 7 installation problem

Well I installed windows 7 and it's saying under my c: 1.02Gb free of 14.6Gb and I'm supposed to have a 260Gb HD.  It's also not even saying I have a D:.  Can someone please help?

What model computer? It sounds like you need to reinstall windows7 with a Custom install with reformat. You need to delete the D partition (if it still exists) and expand the C to include the whole drive. This must be done by booting to the windows disk and selecting custom install. Do NOT change anything on the drive until you boot to the disk. Follow the directions here under Using the Custom Install option and formatting: windows.microsoft.com/.../Installing-and-reinstalling-Windows-7
