Your last backup did not completed successful??

Hello,

Can anyone please help me for this.

Whenever I try to run backup few minutes after starting backups massage shows (Your last backup did not completed successful).

And another massage shows in little trouble shooting windows - "The operation failed due to a device error encountered with either the source or the destination. If the source or destination volume is on a disk , run CHKDSK /R on the source or destination volume, and then retry the operation.

Details: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."

Please, help me to solve this problem.
