Hi,

Did you install the drivers in the correct order? Make sure to install the Chipset drivers first, Video drivers next and then install the Wireless drivers.

The Dell Support site has two True Mobile drivers listed under the category Network. Install the True Mobile 1150 Series Mini-PCI Card and check if that resolves the issue.

True Mobile 1150 Series Mini-PCI Card Drivers :

Please post back with the results.

Actully, I can't see anything related to True mobile in the device manager.

I just see under" other device" "network controller with yellow mark on it.

I don't know how to fix this problem

Can u plz tell me another way to fix this problem?

ggghhh and tanel545,

When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

Hi,

Install the PCTel Modem driver using this link:

www.dell.com/.../latitude-C840

After the driver is installed, restart the system and check under Device Manager if you still see the Yellow exclamation mark.

Please let us know if the issue is resolved.
