Upgrade Graphic Card

Hello Communitym,

I would like to replace the ATI Radeon HD 3400 graphic card in my Dimension XPS 420 computer with a PSU = 375 watts. Specifically, I prefer a dual monitor card with two DVI-I connector ports to connect my 2408 WFP and U2410 monitors to it. Although the computer box is standard size, the current graphic card looks to be low profile rather than high profile. My goal is to be able to work on either monitor. My budget is at most $100.00 because the computer is not used for playing games and the likes. What replacement card might you suggest?

Thank you in advance.

Do reply if you need a 1 GB graphic card. However it may exceed the cost the you are looking at. Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any further questions. I would be glad to assist.

if you don't have anything in the expansion slot next to your graphics card you can use this wacky looking low profile dvi card www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

I have one of these in a Small Form Factor Optiplex 960: www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

Two monitors are connected, one to the DVI port and the other to the HDMI port.
