E6420 BIOS A13 hangs during PXE boot (A12 works fine)

Anyone else having an issue with A13 BIOS where the PXE process will just hang?

The computer sees the network successfully and begins to boot, but then freezes. Converting back to A12 corrected the problem. I also noticed someone posted another problem with A13 - memory map error coming out of hibernation and reverting back to A12 the issue is gone.

A13 appears to be living up to the "Thirteen" phobia.
