Printer redirection with Dell 5350dn

I am having an issue with this printer when users are connecting to a terminal server. The redirection works fine, but the redirected print queue does not reflect any installed options/accessories. There are two 5-bin trays installed on the printer that users can normally print to from their local machines.I am using the Dell driver on the server and client machines. Are the extra trays not supported when printing to the redirected printer over RDP? Limitation of the driver? Thanks.
