Poweredge 2600 HDD?
Will 6 Seagate Cheetah 10K 300GB 10K Ultra 320 (ST3300007LC) drives work in the 2600 for a total of 1.8TB?

Yes, they will. Wish I could elaborate, but there just isn't much to it. If using non-certified drives, you may see a host of - usually small - issues, ranging from spin-up delays to read/write failures.
