Hi mspagnol,

Error Code 10 is generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, a situation usually caused by outdated or corrupted drivers. You may check Intel Driver Update Utility from link: http://intel.ly/RFeALf

Click on 'Check your system for latest updates' and follow the prompts on screen.

Please reply for further clarifications.

Hi mspagnol,

Did you try downloading the driver from the link in previous post?

As per the screenshot in 'Device Manager', It appears to be an issue with corrupted drivers. You may go to 'Device Manager' and uninstall the installed drivers. Once done re-install it by following the steps below:

  • Click on “Start” and right click on “Computer”.
  • Click on “Manage”.
  • Click on “Device Manager”.
  • Under “Network adapters”, you will find the wireless driver listed.
  • Right click on it and click on “uninstall”. (Check and make a note of the driver installed on your system and re-install the driver from the below steps accordingly).
  • Check the box to delete the software.
  • Restart your system and click on the link: http://intel.ly/XsHSuT

Accept to the terms and conditions and follow the prompts on screen. Once the driver is installed, restart your computer and see if it works.

If the issue persists, you may try downloading and installing the drivers from the links below:

  1. Bluetooth: http://dell.to/XZ4mTC
  2. WIFI: http://dell.to/Xf0Uqz

Steps to download the drivers:

  • Click on “Download File”.

  • Click on “Download Now”.
  • Save the driver on your desktop.
  • Once the driver is downloaded on the desktop, right click on it and select “Run as administrator”.
  • Follow the prompts on screen and restart your computer.

Also please ensure to install all the Windows updates available.

Hope it helps.
