What is WHD20-SMT?
I am doing the 'Perform Hardware Diagnostics'. The targeted read test for the Hard Drive - WDC WD7500BPVT-75HXZT3. The Targeted Read Test always fails. The code is listed on the right hand column.
I can't find anything on the internet to tell me what it is. How do I fix the fail?
The diagnostics test Times Out on the SMART Short Self Test.
Everything else passes.
Please Help!

Run the Dell diagnostics -- F12 at powerup -- on the hard drive. If the drive fails these diagnostics, it needs to be replaced.
