XPS Ultrabook 13 USB connection Issue
I just received my Ultrabook this week and have been USB connection issues ever since. I have been trying to connection a USB3 Western digital drive and a USB 1 drive. I contacted dell, they uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the drivers from the website. It worked for a time, until the computer went to sleep. Now I have the same issue again. It happens on both ports, to 2 different working drives. Any help?

Have you tried to check if BIOS is updated? Here is the link; http://dell.to/1ccozNp
Download and run, make sure the ac adapter and battery is connected. After that re-install USB Chipset Drivers ; http://dell.to/11zlGFk
