technofreaktush,
Did you recently install/reinstall the operating system?
Disconnect the Reliance Netconnect+
Places to look to see if your connection is enabled.
What virus program and firewall are you using?

technofreaktush,
Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.
You can try looking at the firewall settings in your virus program but it sound like you have a driver issue. Posting the Finding System Information will tell me about your system so I can help you.

technofreaktush,
Download and install in this exact order. A restart may be needed between installing drivers.
Dell System Software Utility
Intel HM67 Express Chipset Family Driver
Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
Realtek RTS5138 Card Reader Driver
Wistron USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
Then download and install...
Realtek RTL8111E-VB/RTL8105E-VB 10/100 Gigabit Ethernet Controller Driver
and Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 WiFi Driver
Hold off, but you might also need Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030/6230 Bluetooth Adapter Driver
Then download and install Dell QuickSet Application
Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled
Try these tweaks....
Start, control panel, device manager. Click on Network and then right click on your wireless adapter, left click properties, power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.
Intel ~ Recommended settings for 802.11n connectivity
Go to the power options, and changed the Wireless Adapter Setting, from Maximum Power Setting to Maximum Performance.
