Power Vault MD3000i

I hope someone can help me here - here is my problem I have 2 drives failed on me one after another - looks like they were part of the same raid5 -

I replaced the bad drives with bigger drives this happened because DELL didn't have the size of the old drives now they are unnasigned

I lost some data and I don't know if I can recover them from the old drives the failing ones. Now what I tried to do was add this free capacity drives to the existing raid to do this I went to modify Add Free Capacity but I get this error message

Please someone help me figure this issues.

Thank you the quick response Kenny ,

In my last screenshot why is it that I'm not able to add freee unnasigned disks to the existing Raid5? - Whatever data I loss I can gt back from my backups -I'm more worried about the physical drives and not being able to readd them to the existing group.

Being that it is showing that there are 3 drives affected including your hot spare drive you are looking at data loss. However, there is a possibility of getting the data back if you happen to have the old drives available. I would recommend that you call into the phone support que as there is a number of things needed to be done to try and get your data back online. You may also run into bad performance from the failed battery module. You will also need to look into a firmware update once everything else is resolved. The number to the phone que is 1-800-945-3355 and it will then ask for your service tag. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I see one of the drives was marked as a hot spare. Did it rebuild into the array? Also, do you have access to your data that is stored on this array?
