2 Week Old C1660w Printer randomly prints background on pages a blue color
I've had this for about 2 weeks, haven't changed the ink or anything. Today it started printing some of the background of my pages a blue color. Sometimes it is half the page, sometimes the whole page. Besides being a huge waste of ink, this is extremely frustrating as I have to keep reprinting documents to get rid of the blue background. Why is it doing this???????:emotion-12:

replaced blue toner the printer came with and the blue pages stopped. It stinks that you can't even get a full use out of cartridges they provide you.:emotion-6:
I spoke too soon. No blue prints lasted for 2 days. I'm back to them again.

This printer is the biggest Substitute character removed as per TOU>. I keep getting an error message - sometimes I can clear it, sometimes I can't, and have to wait a few days. I've had it a little over a month now and am ready to throw it away.

I have this same problem with a slight variation.
The color covering my page background was yellow.
I changed the transfer roller and changed out the empty cyan color toner cartridge, then, guess what?
The color covering my entire printed paged changed to cyan (blue)
What do I need to change out next?
