U3014 USB disconnecting
My monitor can not keep up a stable USB connection with a computer. When I copy a large file to a USB drive connecting to the hub, it often failed. I have no problem copying the file to the drive that connects directly to the computer. I also got the annoying alert sound (found new hardware etc) very often. Anyone experienced similar issue?

f200sa,
Test our USB upstream cable on all of the computer USB ports and post the results of the file transfers.

I tested it on another USB 3.0 port. It had same problem. it disconnectedthe hard drive in a few minutes. I connected the hard drive directly to the computer with the same cable and same port, and was able to copy files over 100GB.
I also connected the drive to different USB ports on the built-in hub. It experienced the same problem.

So you tested our U3014 USB upstream cable on two USB 3.0 ports. Now test our U3014 USB upstream cable on every other USB port on the computer. What specific make/model is the USB drive?
