graphic driver problem

i have a inspiron 15r7520 model when i install amd graphic driver from amd support site the original graphic get uninstalled and no more graphic driver is avalable and the driver available at dell website is not up to date its old as a result . so kindly update the driver on dell site to 13.11 v 9.5 soon
