D830 Windows 8.1 and WLan Compataiblity

I have a Dell Latitude D830 and have love the laptop.  I upgraded it to Windows 8 and now to 8.1.  After the upgrade to 8 I noticed I started having problems with Blue screens.  The error message indicated that my Intel 4964 AGN wireless adapter was the problem.  In searching for an updated driver I found that this card didn't have a Windows 8 Driver.  I have been trying to find a WLAN Card the will support windows 8.1 and will run in my D830 laptop.  Can you provide me with a list of compatible WLAN cards that will fit this situation?  Any help would be appreciated.  I have been trying the Intel 7260N card but it keeps dropping the connection after a few seconds or minutes or hours.  It is not consistent.
