U2413 Monitor flickering badly 2 days after delivery
Bought from Nanobyte solutions but with a Dell Packing slip. No service tag numbers on the monitor, findable by software or on the packing slip.

* Press the Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Open Display Settings
* Highlight Smart Video Enhance
* Change it to Off
* Exit the OSD
* If installed, open the DDM (Dell Displays Manager)
* Click the tab Auto Mode
* For every application listed, change them to Standard
24" and smaller monitors do not get a Dell service tag number
Monitor Warranties (Dell Outlet Monitors Warranty = 90 day)

Nope none of that works. Most of it was in that condition already
