Hi AmgedIsmail,

I would not recommend using glass cleaners to clean the touch screen. Refer to the following link for tips to clean the touch screens.

OK thanks again,

What about that model?

Does it have the Gorilla Glass?

I wouldn't use raw cotton. Use a microfiber cloth dry. If it doesn't remove everything, dampen one corner and then finish with a dry section. You could also use a screen protector, although most newer screens use Gorilla Glass and are fairly scratch resistant. Replacing the screen is not cheap.

First, thanks for your reply.

Can I use the normal piece of cottons instead of using the rough tissue.

Another question?

Can I replace the touch screen if it got too much scratched someday?

Thanks in advance.

Don't know. I believe most touch screens are using hardened glass. You probably will need to check the Dell info or contact them.

Hi KirkD,

This system does not ship with gorilla glass.

Everything i have read on the subject of cleaning your touch screen monitor all confirms that the best solution is just a soft, damp cloth........cleaning chemicals of any kind would probably just fine but why risk any possible negative side effects.....there are so many different types of screens really theres no way to judge with complete certainty that some random chemical could have some sort of adverse affect.

just use damp cloth, not too wet, and be gentle...........
