Ownership transfer issue

Hi

I have a problem with transferring the ownership of my laptops. Recently, I bought 2 Dell Outlet laptops: a Alienware 18 and a Dell Inspiron 7537. Then, I transferred the ownership and warranty of these laptop using Dell online transfer form at http://www.dell.com/support/retail/us/en/19/ownershiptransfer/IdentifySystem?~ck=mn

However, after almost 3 weeks, there's no change on Dell system and I still haven't received any information and email from Dell announcing that the ownership has been transferred. It is strange because I had done the transferring several times before and always received the confirmation from Dell within 7 days. 

Please help me.
