DELL STUDIO 1555 MOTHERBOARD NOT WORKING
My laptop(studio 1555) motherboard is not functioning now and out of warranty, I was using Dell Studio Laptop Since 2009. I cantacted dell for part replacement and they told me that it's production is completely stoppped. I could't understnad that why dell is not able to support old customers or only ready to make money(one time at the time of sales) and never think about old customer. My personal experiencewith dell was excellent performance but this time I am too much unhappy with NOT GETTING ANY SUPPORT.

You can still easily find boards - like most manufacturers, Dell keeps enough stock to cover its warranty obligations -- generally for three years. Once a notebook goes out of production, mainboards are no longer made for it - this is universal in the industry.
