warranty
dear sir,
kindly I need your support to know my dell desktop my service tag is [Admin NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy] I need to know the following question :
1- in case my support is timeout (finished) what is the cost of renewal and if I didn't renew it what kind of support that I get
2- if I lose my windows (boot failure) how can I get the support ,i don't have windows cd to reinstall it

Your parts only Warranty Expires in 2 days.
You must request reinstall media before that happens.
This must be thru Dell Support in your country. All support requests are invalid here on the USA Dell forum.
This is a USA Site and you are in Europe, Middle East, & Africa EMEA
Your questions can only be answered by Dell Support in your country.
Once your warranty expires there is not any additional support.

thanx for your support but can you help me to know the difference between the two kind of warranty (part only and carry in svc)
what do you mean by install media do you mean windows or what ?
and how much it cost ?
where i can find dell support in iraq ?
if i get operating system problem can i get support or not if my dell
support finish ?

Europe, Middle East, & Africa EMEA is not here.
You must contact Dell in your country IF it exists.

The answers are not Global and the same in every country.
This is a USA Site and NOT contact with Dell warranty support.
I do not see IRAQ as being Supported at all in either case
