Dell Inspiron N5110 Windows 7

Can someone help me with my laptop? I wanted to do a full system restore but I put my wrong recovery disk in (the one from my desktop down stairs) and my screen is all blurry (shown in screenshot 1). also my system specs show my desktop down stairs brand.

If you used a Dell Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD it doesn't matter if its from the laptop or desktop provided that they are both the same version of Windows 7 e.g. Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.

To use the Dell Windows 7 Reinstallation DVD follow my Windows Reinstallation Guide/A Clean Install of Windows 7:

You in particular need to install the system drivers:

I put my stone (stone group ltd) windows 7 32 bit disk in my dell windows 7 64 bit case and I've lost my dell cd, can you help?

You can download a Windows 7 64 Bit retail .iso here and apply the Dell OEM SLP activation mechanism, see here for more details:

Try resetting the screen resolution and/or installing the proper display drivers.
