Please reply us with the System model number, PPID no. or the S/N no. of the battery by referring to the picture below on the battery you have purchased. This will help us to check if the battery is compatible with the system or not.

I have recently purchased Battery replacement for Inspiron N4010 The S/N is CN-04YRJH-48630-616-O1XY-A03. Kindly check whether this is authentic battery or not.
