DNLA Connection

Have a Panasonic Viera TV that is DNLA certified.  Looking at all sorts of instructions but I can't figure out how to connect my PC to stream video, pics etc. to this tv.  Running Windows 8.1 on Dell 3847.

HELP!!!!!
