Doubtful. What are the psu requirements? It would be better to put the upgrade money towards a newer model computer. You can buy a new computer for the money you have already spent--on windows, memory. Have you tested windows 7 on it yet? It might not be able to handle it or run extremely slow since it's a 12 year old model and obsolete.

I have a dimension 1100/110. I recently upgraded to Windows 7, I also upgraded the memory on it will this graphics card work?

No, the dimension 1100/110 does not support any PCI express x16 video cards, only PCI cards.

You need a PCI video card, like the Sparkle GT 210.

No, the card in your link is AGP, not PCI that's supported by the Dimension 1100.
