Studio One 1909 wireless keyboard and mouse failed

Hello all,

Recently my wireless keyboard and mouse associated with my Studio One 1909 stopped working and despite new batteries and many attempts to re-sync, still do not liase with each other.

When they stopped working, the computer made a noise similar to that heard when a USB device is unplugged.

I would be grateful for any ideas/suggestions to remedy the situation.  Thank you all,
