Inspiron N7110 "0% available (plugged in, not charging)"

ok so my laptop just started doing this i have 2 battery and both work fine be for this happened

no my laptop not charging   so i replaced my adapter and still not charging

laptop other than charging works fine... just need to get this fix 

any help

If a new Dell adapter (NOT a third party unit) hasn't fixed the problem, check the BIOS setup (F2 at powerup).  If the adapter shows "unknown", the battery will not charge.  In that case, the next part to replace is the DC jack

And if that doesn't fix it, the mainboard needs to be replaced.
