M620 blade 4 x on board nic, 2 x mezz b nic - disconnected

Good afternoon All

I have a problem with my setup, I have M620 blades with vsphere 5.5 on them and I can access Nic0 from the 4 on board nics - all the others are showing as disconnected - what am I missing - if I add one of the nics to Management it still stays disconnected.

Also if I add a mezz B nic to the management vmk, it drops my connection and I cannot reach the vsphere host unless I remove the mezz B nic - why might this be?
