Xenith with Citrix Access Gateway

Xenith with Citrix Access Gateway 

Anyone able to get this working? I am running CAG VPX 5.0.2 and XenDesktop 5.

I just get "Citrix Signon: No such file or directory" in the client event log no matter what I try.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Xenith 1.6 is in BETA right now (check with your Wyse rep for details) but integration with Access Gateway has been made easier. Your Wyse rep should be able to forward to you the beta code and a document that should help

Lobo- Apologies for the delays you have experienced. Good news is that yes, Xenith 1.6 is now officially released and available to all customers on maintenance (not that with Wyse maintenance is not only includes bug fixes but full feature releases as well). You should be able to download it from the self-service site.

Additionally, the following document currently still in draft (but expect a KB article) should help you with the setup on the CAG side: http://www.box.net/shared/static/7ka...yc4lpj9ma.docx

You should contact support and put some pressure on them

I'm having no luck on the BETA. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of response from Wyse. I have been getting the run around for a good month.

I can't image that I am the only one that wants to use these in a remote access environment.

Yes, if you have purchased recently (i believe 30 days but maybe longer) you can call customer support with your PO and get access to latest code. Xenith 1.6 will be officially released by mid July.

Well - I finally got 1.6 but it still doesn't work. Same problem and no error in the event log on either side.

According to the release notes Access Gateway authentication with RSA and/or LDAP is supported.

What I want to know is what the supported setup is to make this thing work.

Ohh and support has been leading me on for three weeks telling me they were getting me the beta for 1.6 when really they were just putting me off until they released it yesterday.

Nope - and support has been less than interested in helping. I having been working on this for well over a month with little response.

I tried every configuration I could think of.

I do have this working on my iphone. Basically have the logon point just redirecting to the pnagent site. On the iphone I have to turn Access Gateway Off ( Only has options for Standard, Advanced, and Enterprise none of which work.)

This isn't exactly ideal but I can't even get the xenith to connect with this config.

Ideally I would have the CAG do the authentication for both AD and RSA.

I can't seem to find any documentation for the CAG 5.0.2 VPX software for setting up the iPhone or anything else for that matter.

Does the maintenance come with purchase? I just purchased recently.

Do you have this working from an iphone or Ipad already? I recommend you try that first and follow the citrix recommended document for the CAG setup. Also, if you are a customer on Xenith Maintenance private message me your details and who you have reached out to.

Any progress on this one?

I thought of a misconfigured webinterface since I'm not very experienced with it.
What did you configure in there?

But I'm not using Netscaler. Is there any documentation for connecting to just CAG 5.0.2? Nothing in this document even resembles the setup of CAG

This has finally been confirmed with Wyse that this is a bug and hopefully they will be fixing it. Apparently this only affects CAG 5.0.2.

hangulo - Can you get to any information as to when/if this issue will be addressed? I can't image I am the only one that wants to do this. My "SE" doesn't seem to want to speak with me.
