Is my P20 broken?

When I turn on my Dell WYSE P20, it seems fully functional and accessible: I can ping it, connect to the web interface (AWI), and establish a pcoip connection from the client to a tera host. However, several minutes after power-up, the network interface seems to die, rendering the client useless. I can no longer access the AWI nor ping the client's ip address, and any existing pcoip session is terminated. The client remains usable via the console, however all network connectivity remains dead. The only action which restores network functionality is power cycling the client. I tried resetting the unit to default settings as well as updating the firmware, but no luck.

Is there any hope left for my P20?
