Wyse C10LE very high temperature - normal?

Hi,

I have tried to google out but found no answer to this.
Is it normal the C10LE terminal getting too hot? Is not melting the plastic or something, but it wasnt like warm, it was like 3-4 times hotter than the old HP Citrix terminals..

Application did not get disrupted but I just got a little worried. Currently we have the little USB fan blowing on it as a workaround but we don't want this as a permanent solution.

Im in the process of purchasing more of the same model but need to know if this was a known issue?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
