XPS13 (9343, Early 2015) won't boot
OK new XSP13 received on Friday, I ran all the Dell updates and windows updates I could, installed my common software (VLC, Chrome, Office) and this morning day 2 of ownership I wanted to install the Creative Cloud then make a full system backup. However when I went to run the installer it advised something like "windows in in a status requiring a system reboot" and advised to do this before installing. I had not other applications open, but I closed the installer and figured another update had come over night .. I used the widows menus to start a reboot.
Dell Logo .. then a black screen.
I few seconds later I noticed the front light was flashing orange then white.
I waited 30 seconds - which feels like an age, then used the power button to reboot.
Dell Logo .. then a black screen.
Now I' am hearing very loudly 4 rapid beeps and a pause.
The front light was flashing orange then white.
It did this tone 4/5 times then stops. I powered it off.
I pluged it into power and left it and hour .. and powered it on .. same thing.
I can't find a trouble shooting document for this machine (a service doc yes but thats no help here)
I have tried holding F2 on boot .. but that does nothing.
Anyone have any idea if I can do something here? or do I simply have to wait until business hours to try and get some support from dell staff?

Yes, you need to wait till Monday.
Four beeps indicates a memory failure. The only fix to try is to remove the memory modules and reseat them. However, as the machine is new, I would let Dell do the fixing. Here's a reference to some trouble shooting

Bought my refurb 2015 XPS 13 9343 in April of 2015. I had to get 3 units before I got one where the screen wasn't screwed up. Things were great with no issues after that. Today I wake up, press the power button, and flash of the power light then nothing. No bios, no boot, no nothing. Any ideas what the story is with this? I see similar reporting from forum.notebookreview.com/.../xps-13-2015-wont-turn-on-died.775645

Contact Dell ASAP as you are still under warranty.

I did just that. They sent a guy out to swap out the mobo and the unit fired right up. However, now I have no sound in my right speaker. I texted the tech and asked if he perhaps forgot to connect them back to the mobo and he said both speakers are on the same connector and I wouldn't get sound at all had it not been connected. I am waiting for him to get back to me as to what we do next. I am now concerned that more *** is going to fail on this machine after the warranty expires.
Looks like the tech was right... maybe he screwed something up with the wire or speaker when he was replacing the mobo....

This just gets even more ridiculous. I had the tech come out again today to swap out the speakers and the right speaker STILL doesn't work meaning the issue is not the speaker but the motherboard they JUST replaced. I generally had a favorable opinion of Dell prior to this but come on? Replace my dead motherboard with a defective one? Really? What else is going to fail on this unit?

Wouldn't you know it.... a week after my warranty expires the unit is dead AGAIN!!! 3 months from the last motherboard swap. I used to be a huge dell fan but this is completely unacceptable. Same issue as before. Press the power button, it flashes white as when it turns on, then immediately off. I don't see how ANOTHER motherboard can be dead. I think I might be done with Dell for awhile.
