Rebuilding Recovery Environment error
I completely formatted and installed Windows 8.1 and upgraded to Windows 10. And today I installed Dell Backup and Recovery. After I clicked System Backup in the Backup menu it said that
"We have detected that your recovery environment is missing or damaged. Would you like us to rebuild this for you now"
So I clicked Yes and it closed. A new window opened named Dell Backup and Recovery and said
"Preparing recovery environment - error"
I don't know if I had a recovery partition before. But why can't I create one.
PELASE HELPPPPP.

I finally created recovery environment. I uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it. Opened it. It opened two windows. I left the computer on the whole night and in the morning it was completed. And now I can access it.
I think this will work for you too.
