Auto Discovery questions...

Auto Discovery questions...

Using PocketCloud Pro on a XOOM just since yesterday. I can connect to my personal notebook over my WiFI network and over 3G. However, I'm having difficulties connecting from behind my company's SonicWall firewall. The RDP port 3389 outbound is open while the VNC port is not. I don't plan on using VNC at all since all my computers support RDP. All computers are Windows 7 Pro unless otherwise specified. Port 443 outbound is also open.

When trying to login with my Google email address & password using the PocketCloud companion, it fails to login while behind the SonicWall. I can log into GMail, etc without issue through any web browser though. I don't see any connect attempt in the SonicWall's log. What IP / DNS address, port, etc is trying to use that could still potentially be blocked?

443 was already open but 5222 apparently was closed. After changing that, it connected! Intermittently though it seems to say "Could not connect to server". If I try again, it works. I connected as a local admin. I will try connecting as a DOMAIN user next. Thanks for your help so far.

Hi Epakrat , Please make sure ssl port 443 and 5222 are not blocked by your firewall.

I believe those ports are already open. However, I can check again just to be sure.
