Sometimes, pocketcloud terminated automatically when I try to connect to the server

Hi.

I'm using pocketcloud 1.3.114.

Somtimes, the PocketCloud terminated automatically when I try to connect to the windows 7 server.
After re-trying, I could connect to the server but couldn't control my server. I tried to tap "start menu" on screen, it didn't work. After disconnecting, I re-tried but it didn't work.
So I disconneted from my server, I killed the PocketCloud in the taskmanager.
After re-trying, I was able to control my server.

I have never experienced above problem while a year and a half.
It seem that it's bug of lastest version.

OS : Ice cream sandwitch
H/W : LG LU-6200

I changed 16bpp to 32bpp recently. I will test again, after change as 16bpp.

Are you using any 3rd party task managers? We have seen this type of behavior when 3rd party task managers were on a device. Is it possible that your wireless (wifi or 3G/4G) signal has been weak or lost when you experience this? Is this on a manual or auto-discovered connection? Please let me know.

No, I'm using the task manager which is made by a device manufacturer (LG in Korea).
My wireless signal (wifi, 4G) was very strong. It seems that my issue is not network problems.
My setting is a manual and is a RDP protocol.

These days, my pocketcloud terminates automatically when I try to connect to the server. It is reproduced more 30%.
I can connect to the server when re-trying.

Are you experiencing the same behavior with the most recent (1.3.116) update?

That is strange that it is in both locations. Can you try uninstalling it completely (from phone and SD card), and then re-install the application? Is it possible that your device has a setting to save applications in both locations? I can't say I have seen that kind of behavior before.

Unfortunately we do not have a debug mode available. We have gotten other reports of the app behaving like you reported and I believe we have reproduced it in house. Our engineers are looking into a fix for the next release as of right now.

Sure. I'm experienceing the same behavior everyday in 1.3.116.

Your app is installed automacally in both my phone memory and my sd card.
I have tried to move the whole app in my phone memory using my task manager.

Do you think that that operation relate to my problem?

Do you have a SD card in your phone? If you have that, the Pocket Cloud will be installed in the phone and SD card.
My phone doesn't has a setting to save applications in both locations. I think, that is a app setting.

If I remove a SD card in my phone, it is installed the whole app in the phone memory. If not, the partial Pocket Cloud is installed in the phone and the remaining one is installed in the SD card. So I can move the SD card to the phone using the task manager or other app.

However, that situation doesn't relate to my problem because I'm experienceing the same behavior although I only installed in my phone.
Does your app have a debug mode? I can report a log to you using aLogcat app or ETC.

No update yet. We did some changes to pricing on the apps and that is why the date has changed. =]
