Virtual Driver Error while switching between MR2 and other firmware

Virtual Driver Error while switching between MR2 and other firmware

Virtual driver error observed while switching between MR2 (8.0_206) and Xenith pro (2.0_104.10) firmware. The issue is intermittent, if user connects from the same thin client, he does not get the issue. This affects free seating or smart working environments.

Hello Manish,
Thank you for reporting your findings on this.

Could you please inform as to what is the type of Protocol that you are using (ICA, RDP, PCoIP) and what type of VM you are connecting into. Could you also include the spec's of said VM as well.

Finally, can you confirm if you see the on the last official hotfix release, 2.0_105?

Thanks
John

we are using ICA protocol, VDA - 5.6100.56141. Its Windown 7 SP1 with 2vCPU and 8Gb memory.

2.0_104.10 is our prod release at the moment which had this fix added. We originally had this issue between 2.0_021.12 and WTOS 8. This was then fixed on 2.0_401.10demo build by manually setting TWCachePower value to 26.

SessionConfig=ica TWCachePower=26

whats the value of TWCachePower in MR2? Do we need to add it to the ini or it can simply be removed with MR2?
