PocketCloud Error Message

PocketCloud Error Message

I recently purchased PocketCloud Pro for Android from the market and installed it on a Samsung Galaxy Tab device. I manually setup an RDP session to connect to a W2k3 server system. Everytime I connect I am getting an error message tells me the application is not licensed and to please purchase it from the Android Market. It offers 2 options; buy now or exit. I am working behind a firewall and can not connect to the android market from this network. If I connect to the internet on another network the app works OK. Anyone else seen this and have a solution?

I'm getting the same error. I purchased PocketCloud Pro from the market. I can initiate my VPN connection, then try to RDP manually via PocketCloud. It says Connecting... then I get the Not Licensed message. Is the app attempting to authenticate with Wyse? If so, is there a URL/port that I need to have opened up on our firewall (VPN)?

Hi Mark,

Have you tried connecting via auto connections using gmail login-settings page?
If you are behind firewall, then you might need to set up port forwarding for manual.

Thanks,
