Scan to PC Dell B1265dfw Mono MFP

I have installed from CD the software Dell for this printer (driver printer, driver scanner and Dell Printer Manager) . The version is 1.06 (I see it in control panel programs and features) and I have installed last firmware available for this printer.
The printer is connect via ethernet. The printer runs fine and I can scan from PC.

I have configurated in Dell Printer Manager an id scan and some item that point to folder local.

When I select from panel of printer the id scan and then a item and then scan the document is ok but in folder of item selected I haven't the document.

From log of program Dell I see a error but I don't so how resolve:

file: C:\Users\alberto\AppData\Roaming\Dell\DPM\SPLCMP_S2PC.log

and the error is in this line:

The file in temp is created but it isn't copied in folder of item set.

I have yet reinstalled program, reset printer and tried on another computer and I have disabled firewall and antivirus but I have same problem

When I have installed the first time seems ok but then I have had this problem without change in configuration
