htc connection cutting out
htc connection cutting out
Hi, just started on this and it is great apart from the connection cuts out after 10th minute and I then need to turn off my phone to re establish any connection. Any ideas?

I have a similar problem from PocketCloud to Win XP SP3 except I can only get three to four minutes, maximum. Doesn't matter if it is WiFi or 3G. I can reconnect, though. It is just difficult to have to reenter credentials every couple of minutes.

I have the same problem too. With my PC I can stay connected in RDP for days with the same wi-fi connexion, but with pocket cloud it's impossible to be connected for more that one hour. I have try anything possible on the server by configuring the keep alive, the auto reconnect, etc.
This problem is documented on this forum since + 1 year now. For example:

Similar problem...help!?
I am using sprints htcEVO4G and connecting to a win. 7 home pc thru a vnc connection. everytime I try to connect I get a message saying session disconnected and everytime I try to reconnect I get the same prompt.

Hi Alan1, Are you on wifi or 3g? Do you have network access when you are disconnected? Please check the browser status.

What version of PocketCloud are you using? Are you using a manual or auto-discovered connection? If you are using auto-discovery, what version of the Companion software are you using?
Also, how are you connecting when you are having this problem (3G/4G or wifi)?

looks like this problem it's still there,any way to provide a log to help the developers ?
I get disconnected randomly
