bcmpciedhd63.sys Blue Screen Dell XPS 13 QHD

Hello,

My XPS 13 QHD 1TB 16GB RAM new laptop has been crashing on Windows 10 with a blue screen with the error "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area (bcmpciedhd63.sys)"

This laptop is brand new and i have only used it a few times since I purchased it from dell online.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Thanks

A.

If the problem is specifically the wireless card, that could certainly help.  If the problem lies with some type of program trying to access the web then the problems can continue, only this time possibly with different error messages. Its even possible that it could make things worse.  It isn't something that I suggest.

Testing with safemode or msconfig are methods that don't involve removing any hardware or software and can give results pointing to what is actually causing the problems.

Is it possible to just install a different wireless card onto the laptop? Will it void the warranty?

Did anyone ever figure out how to resolve this? I have a 9550 w. i7 7600hq, 16gb ram, 4k touchscreen, 512gb ssd and I get this exact crash about once every 2 weeks or so. I have had a total of 5 bluescreens since I got this laptop at the end of December. I have the newest bios and wireless driver, but I am still crashing.

Hi i read somewhere we can fix this issue by unchecking powersaver of wifi in its driver properties in device manager.

looks like this trick worked for me(6 days without BSOD).

As DELL is not helping with bluescreens (I am speaking with the support since march and it is still not working), we have to fix it.

I do not know if it will help, I am trying it now, but there is a new wireless driver :

http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03620668M/1/9550_Network_Driver_JKRJ9_WN32_1.566.0.0_A04.EXE

Hope it will work!

PS : I had maybe 5 different bluescreens since I bought the laptop, nice shot DELL, you won :)
Bluescreens like KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION, etc...
And when I look on the internet, it is easy to see that all the people that are buying XPS laptops have them. If you really wanna buy this laptop as I was, just take another one, even if it is powerful and gorgeous, or you will really spend your entire life fixing broken drivers and SSD problems.
