Why is there STILL no Android 5 for venue 7? Makes me wonder is choosing Dell was a bad idea.

Don't wonder, it was a bad idea. I have the venue 8 ace it ***. It is so slow that it is unusable and Dell could care less. They took our money and laughed all the way to the bank.

After becoming increasingly frustrated with the slowness and hangs and crashes and slow scrolling with my Venue 7 3740 in Chrome or any browser I try, despite the fast internet connection I have that gives my Android phone great performance on its browsers, I had time to talk to Dell tech support this evening to discuss this problem.
So the Dell support web site sent me from the Venue's service tag to a link to chat to tech support. I typed in all the info, waited, connected to a rep named Norlene, who told me that Dell does not provide chat support for tablets! Then why does their web site send you to chat? She gave me a phone number.
I called the phone number. The guy there told me that their "Tools" they use to provide support for tablets are offline for maintenance for a few hours and I should call back tomorrow. Pfffffffffffff!!!!!!
