Dell 5348 Inspiron with touch screen
Just about to the end of my wits!!!! Will somebody please inform me if they have the above Dell model with touch screen and windows 10. If yes, does it work? Mine worked fine with windows 8.1 but when it was upgraded 10 windows 10, it no longer works. When I run the driver test for touch screen it states it cannot find?

You will want to post your question in the Desktop Forum here. However a few things come to mind. Before you upgraded to Windows 10, did you update all your drivers before hand from the product support site for your machine?

I was using my Dell Inspiron product 5348 with windows 8.1 installed. My touchscreen worked fine but used it very sparingly. I was raised on the mouse and liked it better. When the windows 10 upgrade came and was installed, I lost my touchscreen. I really didn't have a chance to update all my drivers and just assumed that everything would work fine.
Today, I tried to uninstall device drivers and download updates from the dell upgrade site. It still doesn't work. Many of the help screens state to check the HD interface Devices and locate the touch screen drive --- It is nowhere to be found.
Any help from Dell Experts would be appreciated. It is frustrating to have a product that uses touch and doesn't work!!! Thanks for any future help expended.
