Dell 7010 sff psu propreitary ???
Hello guys ,
I was hoping to replace the 240w psu in my dell 7010 sff with a be quiet! 300w tfx but after doing some digging i found conflict reports on other forums that my psu is "propreitary" and cannot be replaced with by other models of psu , is this the case ??? any clarifcation on this issues would be very helpful.

Its not TFX its Proprietary. Not standard shape, size or output. TFX does not physically fit in the case.
You can tell by looking at it on the end as well as length wise its not TFX. 3WN11 H240AS-00

Hello Speedstep sorry for my late reply , Just to clarify even if (for example) i carefully cut or modified the case to get the extra centimetres to fit the tfx it would not work?? are there no 3rd party options whatsoever?? thanks in advance.
